Hedonista Bar E Kitchen

Hedonista Bar & Kitchen

“Life is an infinite search for pleasure” is a true hedonist’s motto. And if that’s something you can relate to, spending your holiday or residing on the sunny shores of Algarvian gem – ancient town of Lagos, a new modern Portuguese cuisine and signature cocktail place Hedonista Bar & Kitchen is somewhere you’d feel at home.

Hedonista’s spacious interior dominated by a mediterranean blue and white palette with a generous use of wood and traditional Portuguese tiles has a little nautical touch to it, which, visiting it, makes it easy to imagine yourself champagne-sailing on a sunny and torrid Algarvian afternoon enjoying a glass of cold fine Duoro wine, in a company of your best friends.

In the kitchen a young and passionate team came all the way from Lisbon, to put to good use all the best Portuguese ocean and soil has to offer and, at the same time, give it a little fresh and modern twist, so it waters your mouth the moment it gets served on your table. On your next visit make sure you taste a sting ray fillet with green asparagus and potato mash to have a really memorable dining experience.

If you happen to develop a taste for well-balanced and creatively presented cocktails, major buzzing European cities have to offer, with Hedonista you don’t need to lower your expectations, coming to a small provincial town of Lagos. A very experienced, good looking and confident team of bartenders would satisfy the most sophisticated taste. With great variety of bottles on the shelves from all over the world and a selection of great Portuguese wine every visitor would find a drink of his own.

There’s is more to come from Hedonista in June, when a back lounge zone with an adjacent patio opens up to hold life music performances and dj parties to make your next visit unforgettable.
